Our boards are custom made. Patterns and color brightness are all dependent upon the species of wood that we use. We will try our best to come close to the pattern and color brightness you see as our display, however pattern and color appearance is ultimately the factor in the wood species.
Purchase(s) will ship via USPS, UPS or FED EX dependent upon your location.
We offer a limited 15 day return policy. Buyers are fully responsible for all costs incurred for the return package and will not be reimbursed in any way. Boards must be returned unused and in the same condition as we sent it. Please email us your name, purchase information and include when the return has shipped. A refund will be provided as soon as we receive the board(s) & deem it refundable. Returns are NOT accepted for any special size requests.
